Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team and oversee the financial reporting, management reporting, account receivables management and treasury management functions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, interim and annual financial and management reports and consolidated accounts and analysis in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform and supervise financial planning and business analysis, budgetary control, cash flow management, tax reporting and operation review
• Responsible for the financial management of the group companies, ensuring that all necessary internal controls are in place to safeguard company’s assets
• Work closely with Senior Management and operational teams to develop and implement financial policies, processes and procedures and priorities in relation to finance and reporting
• Manage and maintain key relationships with external partners, e.g. banks, auditors, etc.
• Work with external professional firms for auditing and regulatory reporting

Requirements:

• University degree holder in Accounting or equivalent disciplines
• Qualified accountant with membership of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in a financial management role in a listed company, preferably in financial industry
• Good knowledge in Listing Rules, Accounting Standards and Requirement, experience in investment activities is an advantage
• Detailed-minded, independent, self-motivated, willing to work under pressure
• Excellent leadership skill, communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking, strong sense of responsibility and board business perspectives
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Putonghua
• Immediate available should be highly preferred
