Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints and online applications
- Support Call Centre in daily operations
- Prepare drawdown arrangement
Requirements
- Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
- At least 1 year working experience in customer services / telemarketing
- Effective interpersonal skill in customer relationship with excellent telephone manner and service attitude
