Our client is a licensed fast-going financial service company with major operations in Northern China under an investment group. The investment group seeks to appoint a CFO for the company to list in HK in coming years.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the board and CEO

• Develop and assess the overall corporate strategy with the board of directors (BOD) and leaders business units, focusing on bottom line performance, working capital and boosting shareholder value

• Control and supervise all aspects of the finance and accounting functions of the group, which includes treasury, credit control, cash management, tax, company secretarial, financial audit, and legal matters.

• Implement financial and accounting policies, procedures and standards that meet the corporate requirements

• Maintain a good relationship with both internal and external parties, such as bankers, external accounting firms, debt providers and financial communities

• Supervise the company to prepare for the listing, guide and review all the business and operation areas for successful listing

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, accounting or economics

• At least 5 years of relevant experience working in an international management team environment

• A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive career history in the financial service sector, preferably with IPO experience gained from professional services firm or industry

• Good analytical and technical financial skills, and eager to work with complex financial systems

• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese (including Mandarin) and English

• Strong leadership and communication skills, managing to achieve a specific goal with team working in diverse locations

• Preferably the person can base in Northern China or able to travel extensively to Northern China if the base is outside China
