Key Responsibilities:

• Is responsible for account openings of individuals clients, corporate clients and professional investors, etc.
• Review customer-related documents and follow up with customers for account completeness and regulatory compliance
• Carry out KYC and AML checking formalities
• Handle daily customers’ enquiries and requests
• Maintain customer master files, perform records filing and carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Management or Finance related discipline
• 3 years’ relevant experience in customer service gained in securities or banking industry
• Knowledge on SFC requirements on customer due diligence an advantage
• Familiar with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Attentive to details and able to work under pressure independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer mindset
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered as “Junior Associate”

Remarks: This is a 1-year contract role and may have chance to convert to permanent employment
