Job Description
Requirement
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying or construction related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of experience in quantity surveying field
- Highly self-motivated and independent, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediate available is preferred
- Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Quantity Surveyor
Job Duties
Responsible for pre and post contract quantity surveying services including but not limited to the followings:-
- Prepare tender submission including measurement and estimation
- Assist in procurement, sub-letting, contractual matters
- Prepare variation submission and assist in settlement of final account
- Communicate with internal and external parties
