Seeking Talented Junior Architects – Shenzhen/HK/Shanghai/Beijing positions

We are seeking a few fresh and talented junior architects for a few international design firms. The positions are in Shenzhen, HK, Shanghai & Beijing. You will be working with excellent and experienced architects to complete high-end projects.

Responsibilities

l   Work with Project Architects to finalize projects and designs as requested.

l   Hands-on design and drafting from Concept to Construction drawings, including production of information for projects (CAD drawings, Sketch Up / 3D models, presentations etc.)

l   Compiling data, perform design computations, and prepare drawings and renderings.

l   Assisting in the production of models, marketing material, and presentation packages for public/private review.

l   Assisting project manager or senior level staff in developing a design strategy and dealing with Clients, Local Authorities, Design Institutes, external consultants and contractors.

Requirements:

l   Bachelor of Architecture or above

l   Proficient English, native Cantonese or Mandarin are preferred

l   1-3 years’ experience, best in well-known international architecture firms

l   Effective communicator

l   Team player
