Job Responsibilities

l Strong knowledge of outdoor and performance product construction and functionality;

l Ensures fit consistency by upholding established block fit intent, core grade rules and brand aesthetics

l Be able to initiate creative ideas from process to execution independently;

l Research and analysis fashion trend direction, being an information resource;

l Review samples and provide accurate comments to Factories to ensure the products meets expectations compliance tech pack, measurements, etc;

l Provide technical advice and corrective suggestions for suitability improvements in paper pattern correction or construction, and provide feedback to factory and technical teams;

l Attend & handover meetings with QA, Merchandising and Factories, to ensure their thorough understanding.

Requirements

l 5+ years' experience in garment technical and fitting;

l Good technical knowledge in paper pattern, sewing techniques and size grading specification;

l Good technical skills in Outerwear;

l Creative & talented in fashion design and enthusiastic for new aspirations;

l Prior experience in fashion and online marketing ( e.g. Facebook, Instagram) is preferred;

l Shop visit and occasional travel to PRC is required;

l Ability to multi task and prioritize

l Good interpersonal and communication skills.
