Requirements:

• Degree holders in Interior Design or relevant disciplines with minimum 5 year’s experience;
• Past working experiences in retail mall, notable hotel, office, service apartments, club houses and or residential development would be an advantage;
• Proficient in design presentations, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup;
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and overtime
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese

Responsibilities:

• Candidate must have passion for design – you are expected to lead design consultants to develop design ideas as well as developing ideas in-house for all stages of interior design works – from feasibility to construction
• Past experience in interior space planning, concept mood boards development, selection of materials, details development etc. would be an advantage past experience in interior space planning, concept mood boards development, selection of materials, details development etc. would be an advantage
• Liaise with and monitor consultants design / design developments through to construction and handover to end user
