COMMUNICATION AND PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICE

The Communication and Public Relations Office is looking for an energetic and self-motivated candidate to work on digital and social media marketing. He/She is required to:

• Support the creation and publication of relevant, original and high-quality social media content which can reach HKBU fans and followers on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter;
• Develop and execute digital marketing and social media strategies to convey the unique brand image and positioning of HKBU;
• Plan and oversee social media campaigns to drive engagement;
• Explore and execute new marketing initiatives, in particular, video marketing via social media; and
• Track and compile reports on social media performance and campaign effectiveness.

 Requirements:

• A recognised degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communication Studies, Language Studies or related discipline;
• Six to eight years of solid work experience in digital and content marketing;
• Solid knowledge in social media platforms and analytic techniques;
• Good understanding of social media trends and best practices across the digital and new media platforms;
• Experienced in working with marketing agencies to drive digital marketing campaigns;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
• Mature, flexible and a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.

Reference salary range: HK$31,250 - HK$49,950

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
