Job Responsibilities:

• Document / drawing  / proposal preparation
• Liaise with developers and E&M consultants
• Project follow up with contractors
• Responsible for sales and marketing activities on centralized hot water system; 

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or similar academic discipline
• 0-3 years working experience in Building Services sector is preferable
• Less experience will be considered as Sales Engineer
• Proficiency in PC skills e.g. Excel, Words, Powerpoint, AutoCAD
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Outgoing personality
