Responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor and manage internal projects from initiation through completion.  Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes.  Manages projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs
• Leads or coordinates cross-functional project/program teams from design to delivery of fully developed products that are ready for customer use
• Guiding the project team to provide technical support to both design team and production team of the company
• Providing technical support to design team starting on the model approval, costing for project development up to initial production start
• Providing support the technical field to the Sales team
• Investigate facts and develops solutions to problem during the design and planning phases
• Working closely with QA/QC team to work out the product specification and comply with the required test before production and shipment
• Review and find replacements for discarded or rejected products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications
• Working closely with PIE to make sure the production and project transfer smoothly
• Provide timely and accurate information and status update to the management team
• Develop and monitor project budgets
• Conduct researches to identify new strategies for product development and arrange analysis as well as feasibility study of program

 

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Engineering or related disciplines
• Min. 8 years of experience in project/program management in manufacturing industry.  Experience in building up a team from ground up.
• Strong knowledge of operation, production process, quality control, manufacturing technologies and materials
• Entrepreneur mindset, creative thinker, enthusiastic and result driven
• Strong leadership with excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, analytical and opened-minded
• Adapted to frequent travel (e.g. China)
