Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional advice to customers on after sales service
- Maintain high-quality service to handle customer enquiries and complaints
- Assist in daily operation of the workshop and reception in centre
- Follow up closely with internal parties to ensure quality service
- Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
Requirements:
- F.5 or above, with working experience in automotive after sales service is preferred
- Experience in German vehicles is an advantage
- Holder of valid driving license with Class 1 and 2 is a must
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
- Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Candidates with less experience will be regarded as Service Advisor Assistant
