Job Description: 

• Support of all IT, business and office systems, computer networks, network security and telephony systems throughout the hotel
• Provide user training and support of all property/site systems, network enhancements, hardware and software support
• Coordination of vendors for Internet, Property Management System (PMS), Point of Sales (POS), IPTV and other software vendors
• Oversee and handle  network configuration, Servers, Workstations, Networking equipment, PABX and email accounts

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology field
• A minimum of three years of experience in Hospitality, Operations and IT support role
• Knowledge of Microsoft Operating System, Microsoft, VM, Cisco or Network Security
• Experience with Hospitality related applications and/or systems (PMS, POS, Key card, PBX, Voice, TMS)
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and able to work under pressure
