- Answer clients’ enquiries using good guest service skills.
- Assist in ad hoc projects and assignments.
- Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or email.
- Verify availability of room type and rates.
- Input and access data in reservation system.
- Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue.
Job Requirements
- Hotel school graduate is preferred.
- Experience in customer service sector, preferably in hotel industry will be an advantage.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Working knowledge in MS Office.
- Knowledge of using major Property Management System would be an asset.
- Detailed-oriented, able to work under pressure and independently.
- Good negotiation skills and positive personality.
