Job Description

• Answer clients’ enquiries using good guest service skills.
• Assist in ad hoc projects and assignments.
• Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or email.
• Verify availability of room type and rates.
• Input and access data in reservation system.
• Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue.

 Job Requirements

• Hotel school graduate is preferred.
• Experience in customer service sector, preferably in hotel industry will be an advantage.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Working knowledge in MS Office.
• Knowledge of using major Property Management System would be an asset.
• Detailed-oriented, able to work under pressure and independently.
• Good negotiation skills and positive personality.
