Main duties: 

• Plan, formulate and execute digital marketing campaigns through online platforms including website, social media, SEM, SEO, eDM and retargeting for customer acquisition and loyalty;
• Support various marketing activities to raise brand awareness and drive traffic to social media platforms;
• Maintain and monitor group hotels’ official social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WeChat and Weibo with campaign’s content calendar;
• Focus on leading development of digital and social engagement projects including website revamp, e-marketing campaigns and mobile applications;
• Maximize efficiency and effectiveness of digital marketing budget across all channels;
• Establish KPI to manage performance and report results to management team;
• Maintain daily operations for the overall digital channels and coordinate with both internal and external parties;
• Other tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirement:

• Degree holder or above in Marketing, Communications, Hotel Management or Business related discipline;

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience;
• Strong knowledge of web analytics tools and digital planning;
• Attentive to details and clear-minded to schedule and deadline;
• Good team player with self-motivation and work independently;
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin), written and spoken ability to write clear and compelling materials;
• Occasional travel to China cities may be required.
