• Certificate / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• 1 year' working experience in Hotel Industry, preferred in Reservations or Telephone Operator
• Knowledge of using Opera PMS is an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Polished interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and customer oriented
• Willing to work on shift
• Additional 2 day off per month
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
