Responsibilities:

工作範圍:

l   Focus on helpdesk support, system operation & daily user support service for internal staff

主要負責電腦技術支援及員工需求處理

l   Provide daily data backup, system health checking & network monitoring on shift basis

提供電腦系統日常例檢、備份及監控

l   Assist in maintenance & administration of computer & network systems

協助電腦系統維護及管理

l   Maintain record of all IT service activities in a clear & up-to-date manner

更新電腦服務及事故記錄

l   Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with company standards & security requirements

了解及遵守電腦系統的保安及操作守則

Requirement:

職位要求:

l   Computer science graduated or related discipline

電腦科畢業或相關學歷

l   Familiar with adobe, MS Office & Internet application is a must

熟習辦公及上網軟件

l   Familiar with Windows, Linux & MAC platform is preferred

熟習微軟視窗或其他操作系統者優先考慮

l   Familiar with active directory & exchange system is preferred

熟習微軟網域服務和電郵系統者優先考慮

l   Experience in media or TV industry is preferred

媒體或電視行業經驗者優先考慮

l   Highly motivated team player with positive and proactive attitude

團體合作精神及積極工作態度

l   Shift duty required

輪班工作
