Summary:

We are currently seeking a caliber candidate as a IT Support  for our partner which is a renowned and well established enterprise in Hong Kong with a global presence.

Responsibilities:

• Handle end users IT requests and IT support tasks
• Resolve hardware and software issues on computer devices and handheld devices
• Prepare, install and configure desktop/laptop hardware & software and other IT equipment

Requirements:

• Diploma/Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology related discipline or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year working experience including hardware, software, operating system, network
• Hands-on experience in supporting Microsoft Windows, Office, and handheld devices
• Holders of MCP, MCSA, MCSE would be an advantage
• Good working attitude with strong sense of responsibility, troubleshooting skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Immediately available would be an advantage
