Job Descriptions

• Maintain the stability of the IT related back-end systems (eg. Windows servers, Sybase, MSSQL, Web, Backup, Networking and Security systems…)
• Troubleshooting for IT systems
• Take the lead for projects implementation
• Documentation

Requirements 

• Degree holder in I.T. related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant back-end experiences in supporting a medium scale, mission critical enterprise infrastructure, and demonstrated excellence in troubleshooting and documentations
• Excellent knowledge and hands-on experiences of below areas
• Windows server administrations (eg. AD/DHCP/DNS/IIS)
• Windows Scripts (eg. Powershell, WSH and VBS)
• RDBMS (eg. MSSQL and Sybase)
• Networking like HP Procure Switches, Cisco Router, Checkpoint Firewall, VPN and IPS…
• VMWare administration (e.g. vSphere)
• Vendor and Project management
• Good knowledge of below areas is advantageous
  • Network monitoring tools (eg. Scrutinizer, What’s up Gold etc.)
  • Server monitoring tools (eg. What’s up Gold, SCOM etc.)
• Strong interpersonal, good communication skills, self-initiative, able to work independently, under pressure and MUST meet deadlines
• Good reporting skills and proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin and English
