1) System Analyst (Java) - Public sector
Duty
- The successful candidate will be responsible for application development and enhancement of application systems for Public Sector.
- He / She will be involved in collecting user requirements, system analysis and design, system development and testing covering the entire System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Requirement
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines;
- A minimum of 5 years experience in IT profession with a minimum of 3 year experience as system analyst or equivalent;
- Knowledgeable and experienced in systems analysis, design and implementation, especially for Government projects;
- Possess technical knowledge in Web application using J2EE or .Net technology;

Job
- Provide support for the day-to-day operations of 7 x 24 round the clock services
- Understanding business technology drivers to support DEVOPS process

Skill

Duties:
- Configure, troubleshoot and support Cisco Routers, Switches, firewall and WAN Appliances
- Provide network operation and project support to Asia Pacific regions
- Perform troubleshooting and monitoring of incidents queues and executing network changes as required after business hours.
- Opens and monitors TAC cases with our vendors as required
- Adheres to all change control processes and configuration standards
- Attends various meetings during their shift as well as conducting troubleshooting bridges with peers, vendors and customers

Requirement
- 5+ years as a hands-on network engineer implementing, designing and supporting a large enterprise network is required

13. Backup Solution specialist/Architect
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the configuration review, performance tuning of the Backup infrastructure
- Manage all change requests and problems. Participate in standby support and root cause analysis.
- Perform fault analysis on all failed backup job; leading the 1st and 2ndlevel support team to resolve backup problems by proposing and applying long term resolution.
- Accept, or reject any new backup request to any existing backup infrastructures that does not comply with the agreed standard and report all variances to the management
- Understand the functions of all installed Netbackup, NetWorker, CommVault, Veeam, DPM software; VTL and Data domain systems from a technical support aspect.
- Produce quality operational manual for operations and support team to support the daily backup operations
- Produce quality reporting and review for the exceptions by professional knowhow.
- Responsible for the auditing requirement clarifications, ISO documentation refresh.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in providing support to Data Centre environment
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in providing support to Backup Infrastructure
- Familiar with Operating systems support, system backup operations, strong in performing technical troubleshooting
- Solid experience in Netbackup / NetWorker / CommVault an advantage
- Solid experience in Hitachi / EMC storage replication product for backup or solutioning an advantage
- Solid experience in SAN Networking product with Brocade / Broadcom an advantage
- Familiar with ITIL change process, BMC Remedy or other ticketing management software

14) Help Desk Support
Responsibilities:
- Provide desk side support, conduct troubleshooting and training to over 1000 users in multiple locations
- Manage software and hardware installation, IT equipment inventory and deployment
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks
- Assist network administrators to manage a large scale LAN/WAN environment
Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology, or related disciplines with 0-5 years of experience, fresh graduate will also be considered
- Proficient in Microsoft technology, desktop and server virtualization with basic network knowledge
- Independent and service orientated with excellent communication skill
15) Project Consultant (Window)
Role and Responsibilities
- Act as point of contact for IT tasks to be performed for fit out of floor
- Participate and provide updates in regular project tracking calls
- Setup and build/rebuild IT equipment with OS and deploy software
- Physically deploy computers, monitors, and peripheralsto desks, ensure all cabling is neat and tidy
- Move existing IT equipment from other Morgan Stanley floors to new floor
- Provision phones and headsets to desks
