Job Descriptions:

• Provide remote / on-site support and troubleshoot for hardware replacement and software upgrade for end users about IT facilities
  提供遠程/即場技術支援(硬件及軟件之疑難排解等)
• Support Daily IT operations, such as installation/ removal/ upgrade of hardware and software, user account management, and technical documentation update, etc
  提供日常資訊科技運作, 如安裝, 移除, 升級軟硬件, 用戶戶口管理, 技術文件更新
• Coordinate with vendor on software and hardware maintenance support and upgrade
  與供應商合作支援更件保軟件和硬年保養及升級
• Handle other IT related ad-hoc tasks when required
  處理臨時安排相關工作

Job Specifications:

• HKDSE or Diploma of above in Computer Science or related disciplines
  DSE畢業或曾修讀有關電腦課程
• Good command in English , Mandarin & Cantonese
  良好英文,廣東話和普通話
• Good team player, self-motivated, good communication skills and can work independently
  富團隊精神、主動、有良好溝通技巧及能獨立工作
• Understanding of LAN / WAN, , DNS, VPN, firewall router and switch
  對LAN/WAN網路,DNS,防火牆和交換器有基本認知
• Immediate available preferred
  可即時上班優先
• Less experience candidates will be considered as IT Support Assistant
  較少經驗者亦會考慮
