• Work with a team of PC specialists in providing technical support and consulting services
• Design configuration of all Windows, desktop and networking systems
• Implement network management, systems maintenance and product evaluation
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines with MCSE and CCNP
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration and supporting of Windows 2016, Active Directory and MS Clustering
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in LAN/WAN with Cisco, as well as managing sizable network and wireless network infrastructure
• Hands-on experience in deploying Microsoft Windows 2016, Exchange 2016 and O365 is an advantage
• Experience in internet connections, SAN administration and security management
• Proficient in Windows AD, MS Exchange, MS SQL, Cisco IOS/NX-OS, VMware, Citrix and Checkpoint administration
• Able to perform systematic troubleshooting on Windows/Network related issues
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Able to work independently, handle pressure and set priorities
