The role is for an IT Consultant to join the Hong Kong IT team, completing several assignments working with different areas. The Consultant will be given the opportunity to be a member of different teams during their placement as well as to network with employees in Pactera. 

The Consultant opportunity candidates will have an interest in different opportunities like Application Development, Business Analysis, Project Management, IT Security or Business Development, etc. Moreover, the role will give candidates an opportunity for a clear picture of what IT jobs require and how to navigate development into senior roles. Applicants can choose to remain in specific positions or move into different areas of IT and will have the chance to learn diverse skills and acquire qualifications to use throughout their careers. 

The IT Consultants have chance on 3 main areas listed below.

Business Development:

Work with Business Development and Marketing team members to:

• Identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare pre-sales presentation/work.
• Prepare and support regular client meeting presentations.
• Support the logistics in various internal and external meetings.
• Support marketing executives in organizing various projects

Project Delivery:

Work with Project Lead/Project Manager and team members to:

• Deliver application development / business analysis according to client’s needs.
• Work as a team in supporting project administration, and analysis role.

Strategic Consulting :

Work with Consulting team members to:

• Prepare the consulting documents
• Assistant the consulting team on partner management 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related IT studies.
• With technical IT background/programming knowledge is a plus.
• Passionate about technologies, energetic, eager to learn and willing to work under pressure.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin or Cantonese.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant, hard-working & positive mindset.
