Roles and Responsibilities. 

• Delivering on all project management activities from the product idea to first delivery batch.
• Weekly meetings with project Team Members. 
• Daily communication through our internal messaging and project management system. 
• Dedicating Tasks to team members including designers, engineers and production manager. 
• Daily updating into our project management system. 
• Monitoring & editing project Milestones and ensuring deadlines are closely tracked. 
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple ongoing projects. 
• Analyse project scenarios and identify the risks and provide solutions to minimize them. 
• Evaluate and suggest potential solutions due to potential project issues to final management. 
• Present timely and effective project status updates to the Managing Director. 

 
Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of direct project management experience in Consumer Electronic or Toy development and manufacturing. 
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management or Engineering Management is a preferred.
• Demonstrates successful experience in managing projects across multiple business functions and disciplines, with direct and indirect reports as well as across teams outside of reporting structure. 
• Demonstrates the ability to work under pressure and resolve issues while keeping projects on time and within financial budgets. 
• Strong leadership skills including building effective teams and managing communication. 
• A highly positive influence on all team members is required. 
• Mature, well-organized, detail minded, with excellent written and oral communication skills. 
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. 
• Excellent Computer skills, high proficiency in MS Office and Project Management tools.
