We are an established organisation headquartered in Hong Kong with regional offices. In line with our expansion plans, we are seeking to hire a Project Manager to join our management team.

You will be responsible for handling one of our organization's new and exciting project, with participation in making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

• Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, milestones/deadlines, and schedules.
• Regular meetings with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Submitting project deliverables of quality standards on a timely basis.
• Preparing regular status reports with analysis and summary of relevant information.
• Setting up project communication plans and monitor their execution.
• Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule/timeline.
• Assist logistics process for the introduction of new products, inventory maintenance and quality control.
• Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation.
• Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

-Knowledge/ Experience:

• At least 6 years proven work experience in project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion in a timely manner.
• Experience in project management tools and software is a plus.
• Experience in start-ups is an advantage.
