Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reporting, writing or drafting general materials of the Chief Executive Office
• Manage the intranet platform and monitor the system construction, submission and dissemination of articles
• Responsible for information transmission between both external and internal parties of the bank to ensure task-fulfilling
• plan, organize, coordinate and implement events, meetings, projects and various administrative activities of the Office
• To provide general administrative support to the Chief Executive Office 
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management
  

Requirements:

• University graduate, major in Business Administration or relevant disciplines, candidates with China education background are preferable
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in banking and finance industry
• Able to work independently as well as a good team player
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Putonghua is a must
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager
