Responsibilities:

• 負責銷售香港及國內房地產
• 負責銷售的整個過程包括接待和諮詢客戶，確定客戶需求，為客戶提供專業的房地產諮詢服務;
• 負責房地產的開發和積累資源，與業主建立良好的業務合作;
• 負責銷售和租賃的整個過程，接收，簽署和轉讓，談判價格，促進商業交易;
• 負責業務跟進，客戶信息註冊和客戶關係維護和其他跟進工作

Requirements:

• 持有香港地產經紀執照
• 具有六年或以上相關銷售工作經驗，
• 流利普通話，良好英語和廣東話，中文及英文書面語
• 主動，獨立，自信的個性
