Responsibility

• Oversee the factory operation of a plastic injection manufacturing plant in Vietnam or India
• Monitor the whole production process and ensure production efficiency , cost control , quality control , process control and factory management are properly executed
• Lead the production teams to achieve the production targets set by the top management and promote teamworks
• Drive the development of the factory and the staffs
• Formulate and implement company policies and regulations and monitor their implementation
• Work closely with the sales and project management teams and being proactive in provide solutions for customer’s requirements

Requirement

• Degree holder or the equivalent qualifications
• At least 5 years of managerial experiences in plastic injection manufacturing industries and the experiences in Mobility products is a plus
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of Chinese and English in both written and oral communications
• Willing to travel and station overseas
