Responsibilities:

• To deal with fabric mills, garment vendors, customers and supporting departments for information/documents, comments and/or approval
• To prepare and follow-up materials (trims, lab-dips, strike-off, garment sample) submissions and system update
• Issue Purchase Orders,verify debit note and invoices from vendors
• Update the WIP (work-in-process) report to related parties/departments
• To provide clerical and administrative support to the team

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduates or 1-2 years working experience, preferable in merchandising field
• Form 5, with certificate/diploma in Textile & Clothing or related discipline is an advantage
• Good command of written English
• Hands on with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Chinese word processing
• Immediately available is preferred
