Responsibilities:

-  Report to HR manager

-  Strong sense on Hong Kong Employment Ordinance is required.

-  Provide full scope of HR functions to regional offices, including Payroll, taxation , Recruitment and other benefit schemes etc

-  Draft and review SOPs

-  Involve in HR projects such as annual budget, salary review & performance appraisal;

-  To assist the HR functions in Mainland China offices not limited to recruitment, training, compensation and benefits (including  statutory tax, social and welfare contributions, staff insurance, payroll and HR reporting), performance management and budget control;To provide prompt support for ad-hoc projects/requests from Corporate and/or Offshore office;

-  Consolidate HR data and prepare various reports for management review;

-  Assist in reviewing company policies and staff benefits;

-  Assist to complete the task

Job requirements:-

-  Bachelor in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

-  Minimum 5 year of relevant HR experience in manufacturing industry..

-  Good knowledge of Employment Ordinance, MPF ordinance, salary tax regulatory

-  Proficient in MS Office applications, knowledge in HR systems is a plus

-  Mature, pleasant personality, high integrity, self-motivated

-  Well organized, detail-minded, flexible, able to work under pressure

-  Good communication and interpersonal skills

-  Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a prerequisite

-  Frequency travel to Mainland China and offshore Office is required

-  Immediately available is highly preferred
