The Kase has a network of retail shops worldwide and we are dedicated in full expansion. Founded in 2012, The Kase stores are already present in France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, USA, Middle East, Singapore and Indonesia. This year, our expansion is more intensified.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with suppliers in purchasing process, e.g. Issue Purchase Orders/ pre-production samples checking
• Assist Assistant/Product Manager to determine the collection per season
• Assist to launching new products under the supervision of Assistant Product Managers
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure the orders are completed on time
• Coordinate with logistics team to ensure all shipping docs are sufficient and ensure smooth shipment handover
• Analyse/Monitor stock situation in warehouses and shops worldwide
• In charge of copywriting product description & prepare packaging briefs for designers for our new products
• Careful proofing of package designs, instruct designers to modify artworks
• Coordinate with graphic designers & suppliers on product packaging development & production
• Frequent trade show visits for product sourcing
• Occasional Factory visits in China is necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor holders or above in marketing or other related business degree
• 3-4 years or above relevant work experience (i.e. mobile/fashion accessories sourcing/ packaging development). Candidate with less experience could be considered as Junior Product Executive
• Excellent in Mandarin & Cantonese especially written English (other foreign language is much appreciated)
