Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing interior decoration / renovation materials
• Understand materials / technical specifications and liaise with suppliers / factories
• Prepare related documentations and report

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years purchasing experience in construction industry.
• Knowledge in purchasing of building materials for interiors or façade.
• Experience in interiors fit-out works is preferred.
• Good skills in negotiation with suppliers & sourcing materials.
• Proficiency with MS office and SAP are an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, Mandarin and English.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Capable of working independentl
