Responsibilities:

• Manage sampling scheduling, daily operations and supervise laboratory operations
• Maintain inventories and supplies for the laboratories
• Train new staff to perform daily laboratory tests according to the SOP
• Responsible for issue accurate test result and issue report on time
• Calibrate equipments to establish testing accuracy and accountability
• Develop and implement testing/troubleshooting procedures
• Maintain quality control system in the laboratory area
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Food Science, Testing or related disciplines
• Working experience in commercial laboratory in an advantage
• 2-3 years relevant laboratory experience
• Well-organized with good analytical skill
• Self-motivated, independent and with good communication skill, and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese / Cantonese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Supervisor
• 5-day work week
• Working location: Tai Po Industrial Estate
