1.Be responsible to make strategy planning for human resource development;

2.Be responsible to manage the implementation of human resource strategy;

3.Be responsible to establish communication channels and effective incentive policies;

4.Support the development of all business units and lead key HR projects;

5.Participate in all kinds of human resource decisions;

6.Oversee the recruitment process,establish sourcing strategy and coordinate requisitions;

7.Management and performance reviews for key positions of all business units.
