Core Responsibilities:

• Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure the billing transactions are recorded and reconciled properly, accurately and in compliance with all policies and procedure
• Responsible for preparing accrued revenue, work-in-progress (WIP) and account receivable (AR) aging report, review and execute action plan where applicable, and reconcile on a regular basis
• Prepare timely and accurate month end reports and quality analysis related to client revenue, staff billability, WIP, AR and client contributions
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks and report to support Finance Director and the client facing teams
• Create and maintain client and project matrix, local timesheet system and employee codes to ensure details are current in the accounting system

 Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent, with major in accountancy with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. Additional preference will be given to those with hands-on experience in handling daily operations of accounting matters or projects and experience gained from sizeable MNCs
• Good knowledge on internal control is required, in–depth project accounting knowledge is definitely an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good team player able to interact with all levels, proactive and able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a strong plus
• Immediate available is highly preferred
