Duties / Responsibilities

The Boutique Manager will take ownership of all store related activities. He will be responsible for curating an excellent retail experience in the boutique. He will recruit, train, develop and appraise an excellent team of individuals who will fulfil sales objectives and create strong relationships with their clients. The candidate will ensure that all operational activities are above par, ensure that inventory is optimised and controlled, and to report back to HQ on opportunities and threats that may affect sales. He will be an expert at communicating the DNA, Values and Vision of the brand and ensure that our customers are engaged appropriately.

The Role 

The Boutique Manager will be based in store and lead a team of excellent sales associates. He will overlook all HR and Operational matters and used the tools at his disposition to convert sales and achieve objectives. The task include the following:

• Be an expert on product and collections
• Be an expert on the industry and be up to date with trends
• Be an expert at general culture / pop culture / the stories that reflect the brand
• Fulfil sales objectives 
• Retail store training on retail culture, fashion culture and effective communication
• Recruit, Train and Appraise boutique personnel 
• Lead in store CRM 
• Responsible and accountable for store inventory 
• Responsible and accountable for store operations 
• Responsible and accountable for store bottom line 
• Make the team and customer dream

Profile 

•  5-10 years relevant experience in similar role / industry
• Passion for Fashion
• Relevant experience in Luxury industry
• Well spoken, elegant and very well presented
• Has an eye for style. Well cultured and understands the Luxury Strategy > Fashion Strategy
• English & Chinese
