Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Update and manage online platform / social media to maximize brand exposure and sales
  • Source new trends in digital marketing and new platforms to promote our products
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure optimum support for the website, including marketing for campaigns, design for visuals, logistics and buyers for inventory and the stores for order fulfillment
  • Utilize a range of techniques including PPC & SEO
  • Develop and monitor digital channel and define audience segmentation to drive growth of traffic, leads and online purchase
  • Formulate and implement sales/marketing strategies and action plans to increase sales
  • Monitor the return on the investment for the different online marketing campaigns
  • Co-ordinate with related departments to get the visual assets available for APAC e-commerce platforms
  • Co-ordinate and organize promotion programs using new or existing online marketing platforms
  • Design space layouts and sales tools for APAC and HK retailers

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Design, eCommerce, Marketing, or Business related disciplines
  • Solid experience of manage Social Media platforms (FB, Instagram, WeChat & Weibo... etc.)
  • Min.3-5 years’ relevant experience in online marketplaces / paid search / online analytics (preferably with new business development experience) in Luxury Products
  • Experience of coding and Adobe CC would be an advantage
  • Competent to work in a fast-paced and dynamic e-commerce environment that requires multi-tasking skills, flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong organizational skills, pro-active, result-driven, independent, proven team leading with strong business sense
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel, & Chinese Word processing
  • Familiar with CAD, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Good command of English & Chinese with strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
