Our client is a well-established company, who is now looking for a Senior Community Manager.

Responsibilities:

• To work closely with Product, Marketing, and Editorial team to generate better solutions for community offerings to drive member’s engagement and growth
• To create and maintain community platforms and increase member engagement by facilitating discussions and responding to comments
• To identify main community groups and build good community identities and brand voices for all products
• To partner with Data team to define goals for a growth measurement approach and identify core metrics and impact
• To create scalable and long-term organic engagement strategies
• To develop and execute community programs that are in line with brand strategy
• To arrange offline events to engage with existing members and acquire new members
• To keeping one step ahead by being knowledgeable on latest digital marketing/community marketing innovations
• To be a key focus point for all social media activities at all community events
• To build & maintain positive relationships and partnerships either with external or internal stakeholders within the community

Requirements:

• At least 5-9 years relevant working experience in online community or social media, preferably in digital media
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing or related disciplines  
• Hands on experience working cross-department with other functional teams, particularly Editorial
• Strong analytical skills and marketing sense, resourceful, good planning and organizing
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Previous experience working with an international brand is highly desired and important qualification
