Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Update and prepare regular reporting of the service complaint management
  • Coordinate with other key functions in the organization to gather and verify all necessary information
  • Follow established guidelines or checklist to answer routine internal and client enquiries
  • Make simple calculations to accurately compile and report statistics
  • Collaborate with IT, Client and Operations teams for service solutions

Job Requirements:

  • Certificate/diploma in Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in similar role
  • Basic client management skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Cantonese
  • Good PC skills

Working Location: Wong Chuk Hang
