Responsibilities:

• Oversee advertising, design and campaigns to ensure consistency across the Bank’s external communications

• Planning and developing brand strategies to increase the brand value of the Bank

• Monitor market trends, conduct consumer research, crystalize consumers and market insights

• Translating brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies

• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals

• Perform ad hoc assignments and handle special projects assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• University graduate or above with major in Marketing, Communications or relevant disciplines

• 10 years of relevant experience in branding/ corporate communications/ marketing in banking industry/ financial industry / media relation background will be an advantage

• Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and responsively under tight timeline

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua

• Less experience candidate will be considered as Deputy Manager
