Responsibilities:

• To achieve financial targets set for each assigned fundraising projects and programs
• To formulate digital marketing and social media strategies, planning, implementation, operation and outcome evaluation for each assigned projects and programs
• To develop promotional materials (both digital marketing and social media campaigns)
• To develop new sponsors and explore new fundraising initiatives
• To formulate proposals to secure sponsorships and donations
• To manage the relationship with donors and corporate sponsors
• To lend support to other members of the team, and work towards the overall departmental goals
• To provide guidance and coaching to volunteers and interns
• To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Fundraising Manager or in his / her absence the Deputy Director, Marketing and Communications

  Requirements:

• Degree in marketing, communication, business administration or relevant discipline
• A minimum of 5 years of related experience
• Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Highly motivated with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines under minimum supervision
• Good team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays when and where required
• Genuine interest in the welfare of animals
