Gliitch is growing and we’re right now looking for a talented specialised social marketers to help us fuel this growth even more. We’ll need someone who’s able to demonstrate creative flare through visual communications whilst being able to process campaigns in analytical and strategic fashion.

If you love learning new things, being curious and delivering results, then this look no further. The ideal person will have an understanding of what it’s like to work in a startup with experience driving brand and results forward. You’ll approach tasks in a logical manner, and be comfortable doing everything from analysing data, running ads, optimising to maybe even some coding and designing.

The ideal candidate will have experience an responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels. 

We do not anticipate you to be the finished article but you must show a desire to improve. We are happy to mentor and educate whilst you work, but you must have the hustle mentality to develop your skillset. We'll share from our experience and knowledge bank so everyday you can be learning something new. It's a fast paced environment so be prepared to adapt, react and take responsibility from day 1.

• Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle
• Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs
• Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders
• Propose creative solution to scale customer's growth

Qualifications

• Willing to learn and curious nature
• Experience with Facebook Ad Manager is a must
• Hustle mentality
• Experience with E-Commerce a plus
• Fluent English, Cantonese (Mandarin a plus)
• This is an 6 month internship with a view to be full time
