Job description:

• The role entails the employee to handle and coordinate online advertising campaigns deals and arrangement with sales team.

• Monitor and analyse the campaign performance and make recommendations for improvements

• Manage advertising schedule with advertisers together with sales and business development team

• Handle inquiries for advertising from sales team regarding operations/traffickingmatters and working with various internal teams and partners to ensure successful deliveryof campaigns

• Ad operations including trafficking, scheduling and pre and post sales coordination

• Creative specification management including material testing, trouble shooting and communications with agencies in regards to materials. 

• Manage advertising schedule with advertisers including booking of space when necessary

• Handle all communications and coordination of advertising related request with advertisers and agencies together with sales and business development team.

• Monitor delivery of ad campaigns and optimization

• Handle screen caps and timely delivery of interim updates to clients/agencies Prepare post campaign reports

Skills and Experience:

• Be able to work under pressure within a digital environment

• Basic knowledge of HTML, Javascript

• Knowledge of MS Excel

• Experience in ad using adserving system (Google Ad Manager/DFP experience would be ideal) & Facebook will be preferred
