Description:

• Deal with and supervise medical affairs such as product registration, pharmacovigilance and quality assurance of company’s items
• Handling of product complaint and medical enquiry
• Manage and update SOPs according to latest company policy and regulatory
• To facilitate new product launch with scientific back up
• Medical clearance of promotional materials
• Conduct training to internal/external parties
• Develops and reviews the compliance programmes

 Requirements:

• At least 5 year experience to show leadership and problem-solving skills in pharmaceutical industry; particularly in the field of regulatory and pharmacovigilance
• Understanding to the updated HK regulatory environment, guidelines and policies on clinical studies and safety reporting, as issued by Department of Health, Hospital Authority and HKAPI, etc.
• Bachelor degree or above in pharmacy, nursing or medical science
• Able to work independently
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
