Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily clinic operation
• Assist in preparation for minor operation and clinic procedures
• Experienced with blood-taking, vaccination
• Answer patient’s enquiry and place calls to patients regarding reservation, the checkup results
• Upkeep Company's standards in administrative procedures to provide medical service and treatment as agreed
• Candidate with experience will be considered as Senior Clinic Assistant

Requirements: 

• HKCEE or above with 2 years' clinic work experience
• Hardworking, responsible, efficient and a good team player
• Good command of English and Cantonese.  Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage
• Experience in insurance procedures will be an advantage
• Hands-on PC knowledge 
• Immediately available is highly preferred

• 協助診所日常運作
• 協助醫生小型手術及治療程序
• 抽血、打針
• 處理病人預約、 查詢、 跟進檢查報告及聯絡病人 
• 提供醫療服務及相關療程
• 具有經驗者將被考慮為高級診所助理 

要求:

• 中五或 以上程度及 2年診所經驗
• 勤奮好學、具責任感、有效率及團體合作精神
• 良好廣東話及英文，流利普通話優先
• 有相關保險程序經驗者優先 
• 懂一般電腦操作
• 即時上班者優先
