o Job Description/Requirement 

• Description  

• Customer liaison and support;
• Handling orders and monitoring production process;
• Preparing quotations and invoices;
• Handling customer inquiries and email correspondence;
• Arranging and coordinating shipment/delivery, communicating with factory and production team for order status;
• Support at local jewellery shows as required; and
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements 

• Form 5 or above;
• Good written and verbal communication skills (in English, Cantonese and Putonghua); 
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
• Experience in jewellery industry is preferred, but not required;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
• A good team player with good management skill;
• Well-organized, hard working, self motivated, pleasant, independent with minimum supervision; and
• Immediate availability is preferred
