Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Maintain the group’s network infrastructure & hardware equipments, including routers, switches, database, telephone, CCTV system at their optimal efficiency.
- Provide helpdesk support to users
- Participate projects that involves infra setup and support the group’s new expansion projects
Requirement :
1. Self-motivated with good communication skill
2. Min. 3-5 years working experience on IT support in a 50+ staffed company
3. Secondary Graduate, Higher Diploma or equivalent in I.T is preferred
4. Experience in Windows support, hardware/software troubleshooting
5. Experience in PC, printer peripheral equipment maintenance and repairs
6. Job location : Shenzhen Office (only 5 mins walk from Lowu border)
