Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Inventory management, conduct cycle counting and stock taking every month;
• Communicate and provide stock checking support to internal departments;
• To organize and arrange the stock, helping purchase order;
• Maintain inventory accuracy and system updating;
• Inventory analysis with report writing and investigation;
• Assist in handling all office administration duties;
• Knowledge of Database System is a plus;
• Immediate available is highly preferable

 

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, Certificate in logistics or inventory management
• 3 year’s related working experience,
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
•  Able to work overtime, high integrity, hardworking and willing to learn
• Team-player, enthusiastic and pro-active；
