Key responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operation of the retail business including management in stock, SKU and VM.
• Implement the company strategic plan, directions, guideline in the areas of business development and achieve the annual sales target.
• Plan and implement the merchandising plan and in-store promotion with related team
• Prepare merchandising reports for management review on business performance and inventory turnaround.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Fashion & Textiles or business discipline
• With 2 years of experience in buying and merchandising, preferably in the fashion / lifestyle / retail industry
• Proactive, sensitive to figures and strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Adequate product sensibility and understanding of competitive retail landscape
• Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
• Hands on analytical skills in MS Excel and ERP systems
