Purchasing Officer (18-20K)

Responsibilities:

• Source and negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive prices
• Handle parts enquirers, prepare quotation, process and follow up orders from customers
• Monitor and evaluate suppliers’ performance
• Liaise closely with suppliers to maintain long term business relationship

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above with 3 years related experience
• Good command in both written & spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office (particularly in Excel) and Chinese word processing
• Independent, well organized and good communication skills
